Weed Review has now introduced a reviews for rewards program, what this means is that you post a certain amount of reviews on medical marijuana strains, Collectives/dispensary’s or Edibles/tincture/concentrates that you know about and we’ll send you some goodies to say thanks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILTY

• The WeedReviewer reviews for rewards program is only open to users that reside USA.
• You must be a registered active member of WeedReviewer.com (Sign up Here)
• Members must be 18 years old or older.
• Staff members of WeedReviewer, sponsors and family members are not eligible.
• You may only have one account on WeedReviewer.com

REVIEWS

• Reviews must be original and not stolen from other sites (we will check).
• Reviews must be 300 words or more, they can be as long as you want but if under 300 words they will not count towards your reviews for rewards total.
• Reviews once submitted become the property of WeedReviewer.com and the Medical Movement Network LLC.
• You cannot review the same item more than once.
• If reviewing weed then try and include a couple of images of the weed, as this will help with the approval process (images must be your own).
• Qualifying reviews are subject to approval depending on quality. Non qualifying reviews will not be counted towards your total

SHIPPING

• Items will be shipped using USPS; packages must be signed for on receipt.
• Packages will normally take up to a week to arrive, however we will not accept a package as being ‘lost’ until after 2 months. After 2 months have passed and we have confirmed that the package is lost then we can send a replacement.

LEGAL
WeedReviewer.com will not be held accountable for any damages or injury’s resulting from the receipt of any of items. The reward/prize is awarded “as is” with no warranties, representations or guarantees, including but not limited to, quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. You must look to the manufacturer for any warranties or guarantees. We will not transfer or substitute any items, except in the event of an advertised reward/prize is not available. In such case WeedReviewer.com may substitute a reward of equal or greater value.

Taxes on the items are the sole responsibility of the recipient the reward/prize. Except where prohibited, the user agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this reward program or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resorting to any form of class action or court action. No punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded. The user hereby waives all rights to claim special damages. We Reserve the right to remove the review for rewards program at any time, if the program is removed all outstanding reviewers will receive their rewards if they have met the correct criteria mentioned above.
