I like this place, alot. I first met Shawn when he was part of Seattle Medical Marijuana Association. It was my first trip to make a donation like this on the very first day I got my card and he noticed that and gave me a present. He is alright in my book. When he started this place I traveled to Shoreline and continued to support him.
The selection is has always been outstanding. Each time I have been there (six times) they have at least 10 strains, cookies, tinctures, brownies and cheesecake.
I had to wait in line this last trip as the place was packed. The staff was very efficient. They were having the patients wait their turn and then come into the area to browse and place your order. While they prepared it you would leave the room where the medicine was and took a seat in the relaxing waiting area where Bruce Lee was on the tv kicking Chuck Norris’ ass.
I picked up some Ancient that was set at a killer donation price. Also Orange, Dogshit, BlueBerry, Purple Frost and Seattle Kush.
The location is on highway 99 in Shoreline on a busy street/bus line in a nice little strip mall. The parking lot has ample parking as there are several other businesses in the strip mall. The volunteers have always been helpful, friendly and willing to answer questions about medicine, recommend the kick ass burrito place down the street and even share his non-medicated cookie with me.
This last weekend they also had some free hemp uses around the world posters.
I think the prices are fare and I travel some distance to get there, passing several other places I could go and donate too. However I don’t, it is like buying a car, you could go to someplace close but you drive the hour out of the way cuz they have always treated you well.
Speaking of being treated well, I have been looking for a certain clone and waiting for a while, so the other day when I was in I asked Shawn and he said hold on a second, he made a call and has a friend bringing in the special clone I have been looking for. Class act that guy is.
Thanks Green Door Seattle.
